2. Data Controller Roles
For Seller accounts, billing, and platform operations, ListBee is the data controller. For Buyer data collected through Listings, the Seller is the data controller and ListBee acts as a data processor.
3. What Data We Collect
From Sellers: email, API usage data, listing content, files uploaded.
From Buyers: email address (from Stripe), Stripe payment details.
Automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited.

5. Payment Data
ListBee uses Stripe Connect to process payments. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored by ListBee. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how Stripe handles payment data.

We do not sell personal data.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used only with consent where required by law.
8. Data Retention
Active accounts: duration of account. Closed accounts: basic records retained 7 years (tax/legal). Listing content: deleted within 30 days of closure.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
10. International Transfers
Data may be transferred outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Security
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard security measures.
12. Children
ListBee is not intended for anyone under 18.
